Located in Historic Former Utopia Hotel & 19th century Embers Building Hotel, which once housed a brothel known as the Climax Saloon. On the Printers Alley side, Dream Hotel Nashville sits next to Bourbon Street Blues & Boogie Bar. The current property is made up of combined parcels located at 206-212 Fourth Ave. N. in downtown Nashville.
