The Dream Hotel, in partnership with local Nashville developers and award-winning interior design firm Meyer Davis Studio, is a marriage of two historic landmark buildings steeped in a colorful and fascinating heritage while honoring the celebrated history of Historic Printer’s Alley.

Dream Nashville is located on 4th Avenue North with Historic Printer’s Alley on the backside. The hotel is a short walk from its downtown Nashville, conveniently located near the Frist Art Museum, Bridgestone Arena, Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Ryman Auditorium, Nissan Stadium, and the Broadway strip, as well as a 15-minute drive from Nashville International Airport. Dream Nashville offers 168 art deco designed rooms with sleek finishes and high ceilings. The property offers seven dining and nightlife options and 8,000 square feet of flexible event space.

Located in Historic Former Utopia Hotel & 19th century Embers Building Hotel, which once housed a brothel known as the Climax Saloon. On the Printers Alley side, Dream Hotel Nashville sits next to Bourbon Street Blues & Boogie Bar. The current property is made up of combined parcels located at 206-212 Fourth Ave. N. in downtown Nashville.

Nashville’s Strategic Hospitality, well known for local establishments including Pinewood Social, Merchants, The Catbird Seat, Patterson House, Bastion, Le Sel, Paradise Park and Aerial, is over the Printers Alley project’s 15,000 square feet of restaurant and bar space.

Nashville-based architecture firm ESa (Earl Swensson Associates) designed the project with New York design boutique Meyer Davis Studio Inc. expected to oversee interior design. JE Dunn is the general contractor.

Currently there are Dream Hotels in Miami, New York City and Bangkok, Thailand.  Additional locations are planned in Dallas, Hollywood, Palm Springs, Times Square, Long Island and Qatar.

Nashville’s Dream Hotel was co-developed by Alex Marks and Bill Barkley with equity investors Jennifer and Billy Frist.
